A popular seafood boil featuring shrimp, imitation crab, potatoes, corn, sausage, and eggs, all drenched in a flavorful garlic butter sauce. Perfect for a hearty meal inspired by Sam's Club viral content.
Step 1: Fill a large pot with water and season generously with Slap Ya Mama seasoning. Add potatoes and corn together and boil for 12-15 minutes, or until potatoes are fork-tender.
Step 2: In a separate pot, boil eggs for 10 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath. Peel once cool. While eggs cool, sear sausage in a pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
Step 3: Boil ramen for 1-2 minutes, just until slightly firm. Drain and set aside.
Step 4: Melt butter in a pan over medium heat, then add garlic and onions and sauté until softened. Stir in all seasonings, then pour in the broth and let simmer for 2-3 minutes to blend flavors. Finally, squeeze in the lemon juice and stir to combine.
Step 5: Add crab to the sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes, then remove carefully. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes, then remove.
Step 6: Plate the ramen, then top with potatoes, corn, eggs, sausage, shrimp, and crab.
Step 7: Pour extra butter sauce over everything and serve with more sauce on the side.
