Step 1: Wash the chicken with vinegar and lime, rinse, and pat dry. Season with paprika, Cajun seasoning, Italian seasoning, garlic paste, salt, and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add the chicken, and cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat and let rest before slicing.
Step 2: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add garlic paste or minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes. Gradually stir in the heavy cream, then add the cream cheese and mix until smooth. Season with Italian seasoning, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir in chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese if desired. Remove from heat.
Step 3: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Slice the tops off the garlic cloves, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Wrap in foil and bake for about 50 minutes. In a bowl, mix softened butter, roasted garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Step 4: Slice the loaf of bread in half lengthwise and spread the garlic butter mixture on both halves. Add a layer of Alfredo sauce, followed by mozzarella cheese and optional Parmesan. Top with sliced chicken, drizzle with more Alfredo sauce, and sprinkle with extra cheese if desired. Finish with parsley.
Step 5: Bake at 350°F for 5–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot with extra Alfredo sauce on the side for dipping. 🤍
